Building through Sponsorship
Watchmen Drum & Bugle Corps are looking for sponsors who share a strong dedication and commitment to their customers and members. Sponsorship makes it possible for us to help more members and fans achieve more of their musical objectives. Through sponsorship we will be able to offer lower tour fees, dues and purchase equipment to, help our members become a greater success, develop more projects that benefit members, plus much more. We are not looking for free hand outs; therefore, here are some ways we are willing to give back to our sponsors.

Sponsor a Meal
Drum corps members can burn up to an amazing 7,000 calories per day in the summer heat. Providing our members with the nourishment they need on tour costs well over $100,000 each season, and is one of our largest expenses. The SPONSOR A MEAL campaign allows fans, alumni, and supporters to contribute directly towards the cost of feeding our members while they are on are on the road

Equipment Trailer Capital Campaign
In order to grow and build for the future of the Watchmen organization, we acquired a much needed 48 ft semi-trailer that will be utilized for equipment and supply storage. This trailer, however, is in need of some substantial repairs and rehabilitation. We are establishing a capital campaign fund to raise $20,000 to fully upgrade this trailer, including making it road worthy, complete new paint job, and a interior customization to accommodate our equipment and supplies.

Corporate Sponsorship

- Website Displaying Button Ads (88 width, 31 height)
- Web page link Ads (100 width, 100 height)
- Mailing List Inserts (inserts include, title, web link, and a 2-3 sentence ad)
- Snail Mail Inserts (included in all of our outgoing mail)
- Name/ Logo on Equipment Trailer (24” x 36”)
- Name on a Brass or Percussion case
- Other (we are open to your suggestions)
Naming Opportunities
How about helping with obtaining new percussion equipment, choir of brass instruments, painting / wrap our equipment trailer or new food trailer. Your generosity of the donation will be placed in honor on our equipment trailer and website.
